Which one should I prefer, Wix or WordPress?

 Wix or WordPress, which one is best, is not an easy task if you are new to building websites. Both platforms are great, but they have some significant differences.

Difference Between Wix and Wordpress.

1. WordPress is a standalone software or self-hosted open-source content management system. That means you need to install on a web server.
2. Wix is an all-in-one website builder, and it takes care of the hosting and does all the technical heavy lifting.
3. WordPress is more powerful than Wix.WordPress allows us to create much larger websites but requires more technical knowledge.
4. Wix is easier to use than WordPress but building a large site Wix is not a good one. Its become slow with too many pages.
5. All WordPress theme designs are SEO-friendly and have SEO plugins ( Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in one SEO pack) help you with your search engine optimization.
6. Not all Wix designs are SEO-friendly.
7. On online have thousands of free and paid themes and plugins available, many more than with Wix.
8. On WordPress, without install, an eCommerce plugin can't build an online store.
9. Wix has built-in sales features with all eCommerce plans.
10. Wordpress does not have a dedicated support team, only online guides and a forum.
11. Wix has a 24x7 dedicated support team.
12. WordPress is extremely customizable options, can add new features and functionality on your own.
13. Wix customization options are limited can't add new features and functionality as like WordPress.Everything needs to be pre-approved by Wix.
14. Export content to another platform extremely easy on Wordpress. Its allows downloading content in XML format with a one-click exporter.
15. Wix has minimal options and a bit difficult to move your content to another platform.

My Final though:

WordPress is right if you want a powerful and flexible solution. WordPress is only one option for creating powerful multilingual sites, Learning Management System, blogging, directories, complex databases and FTP access.

On the other hand, Wix is best for small or informative website owner who doesn't have a lot of technical knowledge in creating websites.
